Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all relevant parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was delivered.

  • Normal handling of the product is evident  damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within that period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process:

Send an email to: info.harper.finche@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • First and last name of the customer

  • Customer’s full address

We will then contact you and provide the return address.
Never send the return to the sender address — we will provide you with the correct return address after you contact us.
As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), received the last item of your order.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it begins, and cancellations are not possible after dispatch.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info.harper.finche@gmail.com by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, and therefore longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control.
If the items are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you have received the items, then return them to us. You may, of course, notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask that you send us proof of shipment.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE
